BIRTH MIASMS are those Inherited from the Parents through the Genes ; So , whichever Miasm is more prominent at the time of birth , we call it as the Birth Miasm or Miasm of that Constitution . If a Psoric constitution falls ill , they always gets the Physiological or Functional disorders only , then we have to think of ANTI - PSORIC remedy only . And if a Sycotic constitution falls ill they suffer with the Physiological disorder for a while and then immediately shift to the Sycotic or Accumulative disorders , Then we have to think about the ANTI - SYCOTIC remedy only . And if a Syphilitic constitution falls ill they change the gears from the Psoric defense to directly Syphilitic defense ( Ulceration and Destruction ) or first the Sycotic disease comes & within short time shifts its gear to the Syphilitic miasm , Here we have to select an ANTI-SYPHILITIC remedy to get rid of the disease .
MIASMS will be generally predominant according to the AGE GROUPS : Generally Children , Teenage boys & Girls and young adults get PSORIC disorders . Age group from 25 years to 55 years , will get SYCOTIC diseases and Age after 55 years majority of SYPHILITIC diseases will occur , which ends with the destruction and death .
PSORA IS THE MOTHER OF ALL DISEASES . Even if it is a Cancer , Tuberculosis , or any other Sycotic or Syphilitic diseases the first thing must be an Irritation or Inflammation . So , no living thing and no disease is free of Psora .
THE PRIMARY DEFENSE OF EVERY CELL IS THE PHYSIOLOGICAL DEFENSE . All other Defenses ( the Secondary morphological defenses ) are based on this primary defense .

They cannot take Decisions easily , there is a lot of CONFUSION from anxiety ; If a Psoric person is asked to drive a Car , he will first think - what if I get stuck in the middle of the Traffic ; what if someone comes suddenly in the middle of the road , could I be able to press the Brakes in time or not ; What if the battery suddenly goes down or if the wheel tires puncture suddenly etc ., Therefore , before driving he is thinking so many things and resultant is no action at all . And at the same time , he feels I am not able to take decision , I am getting confused and people will laugh at me .
SO , ANYWHERE WHEN THERE IS MUCH ANXIETY , APPREHENSION , IRRITABILITY , LACK OF CONFIDENCE , INHIBITION - it is PSORA .

He is Covering up his weakness and becoming thick , he is putting up a Show , a Façade , hiding his weakness to deceive the World . He is a Brainy fellow and so shrewdly maneuvers his defenses . He Accumulates , Multiplies , holds not only Proteins , Water , Fat and Carbohydrates but also Money . Cheating , Bribing , Stealing , Talking Lies , Cunning-ness all comes here .
In SYCOTIC people there is always a FEAR that they will be Caught . So , they will be well trained and become very much Talented , and we do not know that they flick . This is an Art ; From an intact purse , the money disappears ! We never know . But always there is a constant fear .
So , SYCOSIS is based on FEAR , FRIGHT , INSECURITY , With LOVE for Life & FEAR OF DEATH , and they do it in order to Survive .
In PSORA , there are many fears and anxieties .
In SYCOSIS , there is one Fear at a time . Fear of Dog , Cat , of being Alone in the Dark , etc ., In Sycosis they Rationalizes just to Cover up . They Deceive and Cheat but will not directly harm or kill any body ., Once they go higher and higher , make more Money , then they employ others because they don’t want to risk their lives any more ( Mafia dons ) .
The same SYCOTIC person with passage of time and less food & Starvation , starts losing faith in Life , becomes fearless and very Stubborn , declares himself “ I am going to Rob or Steal even if I lose my life , I will see whatever happens - do or die ” , this is the SYPHILITIC feeling .
The people live in the Slum area , due to lack of Money and Nutrition ; try to Steal , deceive and during this they can even kill anyone for even small amount of money also . They do not have any fear of consequences , Emotions do not play any important role in their Life , Emotions take hold of them . They can do anything ; it is just like a Car going on downhill without brakes , that is Out of control .
In SYPHILIS every thing is OUT OF CONTROL , the PANIC , ANGUISH , RAGE , FURY , HYSTERICAL TENDENCY , INDIFFERENCE AND FEARLESSNESS are all in the SYPHILITIC MIASM .
