The suspension came after a complaint was registered by a fellow lecturer from the department of anatomy of the college, following which a fact-finding committee found several irregularities resulting in a suspension letter being issued by the health department and RGUHS.</span></div> <div style="background-color: white; box-sizing: border-box; font-family: Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 15px; line-height: 26px; margin-bottom: 26px;"> <span style="color: purple;">He has been found guilty of promoting teachers who did not have sufficient experience, thus scuttling the academic career of a fellow faculty. He also allegedly designated a part-time faculty as a guide for postgraduate students knowing fully well that it was against the law. He did this by issuing orders and letters that created the impression that were being issued by the Government of Karnataka, according to a notice issued to him.</span></div> <div style="background-color: white; box-sizing: border-box; font-family: Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 15px; line-height: 26px; margin-bottom: 26px;"> <span style="color: purple;">He had no regard for orders and directions of the government and RGUHS and this has affected the future of his students. A detailed report in this regard was sent to the state health and family welfare department, which concluded that he has violated rules and regulations of the RGUHS and Central Council of Homeopathy.</span></div> <div style="background-color: white; box-sizing: border-box; font-family: Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 15px; line-height: 26px; margin-bottom: 26px;"> <span style="color: purple;">The department has also held him responsible for the misuse of office funds.
