<br /><br />BENGALURU: There are 2,207 Primary Health Centres (PHCs) in the state and vacancies for 257 doctors. As a result, the Department of Health has decided to fill the posts with AYUSH (Ayurveda, Unani, Sidda and Homeopathy) doctors.<br /><br />Principal Secretary to the Health Department Shalini Rajneesh told Express, “By December, there will be no PHC with vacancies as the Health Department has decided to recruit AYUSH doctors. But if MBBS doctors want to apply, they are welcome. First preference will be given to them.”<br /><br />The state drug controller is heading a committee which will study the feasibility of AYUSH doctors prescribing allopathic drugs. The doctors will be paid the same as what MBBS doctors are being paid, which is Rs 40,000 in urban and Rs 42,000 in rural areas for contract doctors in PHCs.<br /><br />Health Minister K R Ramesh Kumar said, “When we made rural service compulsory, MBBS doctors went to court and got a stay. They have been made doctors with the state’s money but there is no sense of gratitude among them. Now when we want to recruit AYUSH doctors, they want to oppose that too. Should people be left to die?”</span><div>

<span style="color: purple;"><br /><br />A case of Mantoux Test Positive with recurrent Cervical Nodes Disease came to Dr. Shahida Baig, my wife, a senior homeopath of Mumbai, on 19th April 2011. He was around 26 years old then and was under allopathic treatment as a TB patient for around 5 years but without any improvement, finally was declared as the case of Multi Drug Resistant Bug. In her notes, Dr. Shahida mentioned: this young boy with a broken down constitution keeps on taking antibiotics and anti TB drugs and his doctors also kept on testing him and removing puss from the nodes and testing but not finding any TB germ.<br /><br /><br />In his history she revealed that first his left cervical axilla was involved and for which was operated and tested but his histopathology reports finds nothing in that. In his history she also mentioned that he was very jovial by nature but now is sad and depressed. He has one elder sister and mother, is with twelve siblings but staying with his mother and one sister who is elder to him, along with her spouse. His brother-in-law looks after the family since his elder brothers cheated the family and sold their ancestor's properties for their own gains and left the family. Mother was died of TB, father had cancer, was alcoholic. There was history of dog-bite for which he had taken all required vaccines. History also revealed that some years back, on his teen age he had some kind of perianal abscess and for which was operated also.<br /><br />On physical examination she found coated tongue and some scars on his left axilla. As per mentals she mentioned, by nature though jovial but now had become depressed and irritable because had lost the hope that five years treatment if had not cured me then? “What! whether I am a patient of AIDS!?”<br /><br />On general and personal she noted that the patient is hot, perspires a lot and which are very-very offensive. He also becomes easily nervous, in public becomes trembling, though in person shows the sign of egotism. Her first prescription was Thuja 200, single dose. Followed by Silicea 30, two doses on 19th April 2011, follow up was with Cina and Nosode-I. I don't know on what criteria her 2nd prescription was made though she mentioned further possible remedies could be Lachesis and Sulphur or Phosphorus?<br /><br />I saw this patient on 14th July 2011, suggested, continued Nosode I (Maul Halib) after a single dose of Calcarea Carb 200. Now I don't remember on what ground I selected Calcarea, perhaps his hands were soft and was having strong sense for the fear of his poverty, was anxious for his recovery. However, from here onwards the story was very long, though this patient was of Dr. Shahida and she was also consulting me, her follow-up prescriptions include Sulphur, Psorinum and Lachesis. Also Phosphorus. Undoubtedly her every prescription had helped to some extent or the other but didn't stop reoccurrence of nodular lesions and which was the matter of concern for Dr. Shahida. So in between she was also consulting me asking for his remedy and followed whatever I suggested, though which helped but didn't check the reoccurrences of nodules, which were in form of tumours.<br /><br />At last, finally when I saw this boy who was also gone for all kinds of AIDS test but was remained negative to most of them. Here comes the role of 'Virionum' the nosode from an AIDS patient but which finally cured him.<br /><br />His Mantox Test which was repeatedly was strongly positive became negative. But though was HIV negative but his immunity marker cells were in the category of AIDS and was not positive to HIV. Therefore I suggested Virionum (Nosode II, Maul Dam) for him as intercurrent. My Virionum which is a nosode from HIV, prepared from a lady who was an AIDS patient but was treated with homeopathy and recouped her health. At the time of collection of sample from her blood was found, was having few lacs of HIV but with no symptoms of AIDS. He responded well and thereafter had started showing the positive results. <span style="color: purple;"><br />Try to believe it, the Homeopathy, about which in USA recently this slogan was pasted on the bottles of Homeopathic drugs, mentioning that 'It has no effect', as in India, in every Pan-Beedi Shop we can see the posters with the message that 'Tobacco is Dangerous to Health'. However, my intention in sharing a post with the title 'Try Homeopathy' was in fact for the notification to the W.H.O. and to our health agencies of India since lot of deaths are being observed in the country during infantile age group where the common cause being identified as Diarrhoea and Pneumonia, where the clinical experience shows that these were those children who received all mandatory vaccines in time. After which, most of the infants developed Diarrhoea as towards defence of the self against non-self. But, when this Diarrhoea was treated by orthodox physicians most of the children developed Pneumonia. Diarrhoea is not dangerous Pneumonia is, but both help in building the resistance against TB and Typhoid if allowed to complete their normal course i.e. the action of defence.<br /><br />Diarrhoea also helps in building Type-1 Resistance against those pathogens which cause infection through lymph. Such pathogens are lymphotropic in nature, which means they travel through lymphatic system. Lymphatic system produces white blood cells which is the main fighter against such pathogens. In this way, actually our vaccines help in building resistance against such pathogens which are cause Cholera like ailments, Typhoid like ailments, Allergy and Allergic Asthma, TB germ etc. Therefore, by treating such kind of Diarrhoea which had occurred after a vaccine destroy the very purpose of vaccination. Vaccination is a process to induce information in defence system that develop understanding to fight against such kind of pathogens which may be striking you with a more force. In this way child develops a kind of training how to fight. This is because a wrong approach in treating such kind of diarrhoea not only confuses the immune system of a child rather allow more complex condition in that child and which may be in form of Pneumonia or even encephalitis since lymph has a connection to all such organs through lymphatic channels. In nut shell the ultimate cause in infantile age group is our either unhealthy or incompetent vaccines and or agencies who do not know (with apology) whether that child is fit or unfit. To vaccinate a child, a family history is required in the first place than the blind shot of a vaccine. A blind shot is more dangerous than the disease. Such as, in a family where the history of epilepsy is there, then that child of that family may develop a epileptic like fits and convulsions after a vaccine. In the same way, if a family history of TB is there then that child vaccinated child for TB would exhaust his entire energy in fighting with that enemy which was in the family. That child must have received genetic information from the mother to know how to fight with TB germs. One more ting that a TB bacilli (TB germ) containing various number of molecules in the sense if that child would be treated with anti-tb drugs may be alright from what was suffering after the BCG shot but a dead TB germ it self releases number of molecules and which can cause from allergy to asthma to cancer and AIDS.<br /><br />So my dear friends Homeopathy has the solution. It would help in curtailing the number of deaths. A post vaccinated Diarrhoea may need Thuja as inter-current and Natrum Sulph as clinical and if the child has developed Pneumonia after being treated for Diarrhoea would need Abrotenum. Silicea would check the post vaccinal fits. If we as doctors should know this very simple things I am sure the number of deaths which are occurring every year will be certainly minimized.<br /><br />Homeopathy is a evidence based science proved on healthy individuals and also in people with suffering with serious disease conditions, therefore must be tried not only to believe but as a better tool in today's scenario to save our children. The anti-pathy of orthodox allopathic system which we know as scientific is in fact is Most-Unscientific (mere a survey or management with many - many side effects) as long as they will continue to believe in such kind of Anti-pathy like Anti-Diarrhoeal, Anti-Pyratic, Anti-Analgesic, Anti-Rheumatic, Anti-Epileptic etc. We should must rid of this ill approach which was of 20th century. <span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /><br /><span style="color: blue;">Dear Friends,<br />In my earlier post where TB like conditions were treated by inserting TB germs in 2 cases but now want to share this case of multi drug resistant TB which was treated by converting TB germs into a homeopathic remedy sensitive.<br /><br /><br />She was 12 years old when I saw her on 29.10.2015, was in a critical condition. She was having fever with headache. Her whole body was sore. Significant symptom was her very painful back. She was vomiting while eating, was having nauseating feeling when looking to food. History revealed when she was a child had pneumonia. Thereafter was treated for TB for around 4 years but was not cured with the conventional line of treatment known to treat TB. Now was irritable particularly when children used to make shout. She used to striking them with her agony. It is because after being treated for TB for around 4years was declared as incurable. According to conventional healers i.e. allopaths was declared as incurable case.<br /><br />History further revealed that initially was brought to Mafkhar Clinic (Bandra) and was treated by Dr. Mafkhar (BHMS, MD-Gold Medallist). His remedy Pulsatilla and inter-current remedy Thuja helped her. Her lung’s pathology along with bone TB (of her chest) made the lesions descending downwards in her left leg. Unfortunately her parents considered that she had developed some new pathology so they gone to their allopaths again, where she was symptomatically treated. Her swellings and boils like lesions though were relieved but symptoms of lungs and bone TB revived so they came again to us i.e. Homeopathy. Now, Dr. Mafkhar found her condition as miserable and referred her to me.<br /><br />What I saw she was totally deteriorated and was in a very painful state. Her abdomen was distended, her liver was enlarged, was having complex picture of respiratory disorder. In all, was in a real bad condition, looked as if would die due to respiratory and liver complications. In her serological investigations carried out at PD Hinduja National Hospital, Mumbai. According to this report was having mycobacterium tuberculosis complex which was isolated also. She was resistant to Streptomycin, Isoniazid, Refampicin, Ethambutol i.e. known anti-TB drugs. She was also resistant to newer anti-TB drugs like Moxifloxacin and Amikacin. Her germs were only susceptible to PAS, Clofazimine and Capreomycin. Perhaps these 2 news anti-Tb drugs were not tried on her, may be because of economical factor or these 2 may not be available in India.<br /><br />However, what I saw, she was despaired of her recovery but was irritable, was gasping with pains, little physical movements were tormented, was breathless and having distended abdomen with tenderness of liver, pains were marked while lying down particularly when was lying on the left side. Her tongue was coated. I suggested Ptelea and Bryonia to be taken alternatively with 2 hourly interval and potency of these 2 were of 30. She came again on 7.11.2015 with remarkable improvement except that was irritable and was weeping. My second prescription was Natrum Mur 200 single dose and which was repeated in 1m potency on 21.11.2015 along with some biochemic remedies and Nosode 1. Nosodes are remedies prepared from pathogens.<br /><br />See the follow up pictures, how homeopathy destroyed her Tb germs which were deeply entered into her system. As she improved the legs swelling and boils reappeared again. This is Homeopathy, the cure is lying within outwards and above downwards. This girl is very active now and has become an example for those unbelievers who think that ‘Homeopathy is No Pathy.’</span></span></div>

Tata AIG MediPrime Plan– In-patient treatment up to the maximum amount of Rs 25,000 are reimbursed under AYUSH benefit. Star Health Medi- Classic Insurance Plan – AYUSH treatments are covered up to 25% of the sum insured subject to Rs 25,000 per policy period. Apollo Easy Health Insurance Plan –AYUSH benefit under this plan can be availed as an in-patient treatment. Benefit ranges from Rs 20,000 to Rs 50,000 depending on the plan variant and the sum insured. Chola MS Individual Healthline Insurance Policy – Offers cover for Ayurvedic treatment with benefits up to 7.5 per cent of the sum insured (specific treatments only) along with a 20% co-payment clause. New India Insurance Mediclaim Policy- Offers cover for AYUSH treatment with a capping of up to 25 % of the sum insured.</span></div>
