It has been recommended that in taking three to four pills of each remedy assigned for the month, three times each day and switching remedies every month or 5 drops of each times a day, that the results will be noticeable. Just like higher potency homeopathic remedies, Cell Salts (sometimes called Tissue Salts or Biochemic Homeopathy) are prepared in highly diluted dosages. This gives them a greater ability to be assimilated. They come in tablet form and are easily dissolved in the mouth or placed in 4 ounces of water and then sipped with approximately one teaspoon as a dose. Cell salts are readily available in most health food and some grocery stores and are inexpensive.
