The entrance
examination for the Post Graduate Courses in Homoeopathy in the State of Maharashtra for the Academic year 2014-15 shall be conducted
by the Competent Authority appointed by the Association
of Management of Homoeopathic Medical Colleges
of Maharashtra (AMHMCM). The entrance examination
shall be
conducted for all the seats in the
private unaided Homoeopathic Colleges.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
A candidate who
has passed final B.H.M.S. Examination or equivalent qualification in Homoeopathy included in the second schedule
to the
Act after completing
1 year compulsory rotating internship.
Bachelor of Homoeopathic Medicine and surgery or equivalent
qualification in Homoeopathy included in the second schedule to the Act after
undergoing a course of study of not
less than 2 years duration (Graded B.H.M.S. degree)
A candidate who
has completed one year compulsory internship or is likely to complete the same on
or before 31/05/2014 can appear for Asso-PGH-CET-2014.
.NON ELIGIBLITY
OF CANDIDATES:
Following candidates
are not eligible for applying to Asso-PGH-CET-2014 :-
·
Candidates who
are not completing internship on or before 31/05/2014.
·
Candidates who
are registered for PG Degree and have not completed the terms.
Note: The candidates
should read all instructions of eligibility and he/she will be fully responsible
for fulfillment of all the conditions
of eligibility. The Competent
Authority will not be responsible for screening of the candidates.
APPLICATION PROCEDURE
·
Prescribed
application forms can be
obtained from the Notified Centers (Annexure- B) against DD
drawn on the Nationalized Bank in favor of AMHMCM payable at Mumbai of Rs.
700/- (Rs. Seven Hundred Only) between 10 am to 4:30 pm.
·
Application
forms will also be available from Association's office by post with an
additional
·
DD of Rs.
200/- for postal charges.
·
The
Application Form must be
filled by the candidate in
his/her own handwriting using black ballpoint pen. The application form complete in
all respect shall
be submitted directly to the
office of AMHMCM, Mumbai either in person or by Post or Courier. The filled
Application is to be duly returned along with DD in favor of AMHMCM payable at
Mumbai for Rs.3,000/-(Rs. Three Thousand only.)

Application
Form should be submitted by
Post and must be
accompanied by a self- Addressed
and stamped envelope along with Receipt-cum-Identity Card (Annexure- C) for acknowledgement.
·
Incomplete application
forms will be rejected.
·
The official
at the AMHMCM office/notified centers office while accepting the application
form shall issue the Receipt-cum-Identity Card attesting the photograph of the candidate
with signature and stamp.
·
Candidate should
download the Admit
Card from website
www.amhmcm.org by
·
8/04/2014.
In case the candidate does not receive Admit Card by 10/04/2014 he/she should approach the Association
Office for further instructions. admit card will be available on our Website : www.amhmcm.org
·
The
candidate is required to preserve the
Receipt-Cum-Identity Card and
Admit Card for all future reference
& correspondence.
·
The
candidate shall submit one and only one
application form. In case
candidate submits more than one application form, he/she shall be
disqualified for appearing for Asso- PGH- CET-2014.
·
The copy of
admit card which is available on Website : www.amhmcm.org
·
The
Association will not be responsible for Postal delays.
·
Roll Nos.
and admit card will be displayed on the website by 8/04/2014.
CONDUCT OF Asso-PGH-CET-2014
·
All the
eligible candidates are required to take the Asso-PGH-CET-2014 at their own
cost.
·
The
Asso-PGH-CET-2014 will be conducted on 13/04/2014 between 2 pm-5 pm.
·
The
Asso-PGH-CET-2014 will be conducted in Mumbai city only.
·
The
examination will be conducted in English language.
Asso-PGH-CET-2014 paper will be
of three hours duration containing 250 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ). Questions will be of
single best response objective type With
four answer options. Each correct
response shall be awarded one
mark. There shall be no
negative marking for wrong answers. Scratching, overwriting, tick mark,
multiple answers will be considered as wrong answers and no marks are awarded
to them.
The Common Entrance Test
shall be
of the standard of B.H.M.S.
Examination and shall cover all the subjects of B.H.M.S. The tentative number

. RESULT :
·
The Competent Authority shall
conduct Asso-PGH-CET-2014,
get the answer- sheets evaluated and prepare the
Merit list.
·
The
Competent Authority, Asso-PGH-CET-2014,
will prepare a Merit list indicating Merit number, Name, Marks scored by the
candidate.
·
The Merit
list will be available on AMHMCM website only on 17/04/2014.
·
The
statement of marks of the candidate indicating marks obtained and merit number of the candidate will be dispatched by
Post.
·
The candidate who
wants duplicate mark sheet will
have to apply to
the Competent Authority with fees
of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand Only)
paid by D.D. drawn in favor of AMHMCM payable at Mumbai.
·
There will
be no rechecking/revaluation of the answer sheets. However the candidate can
apply for verification of marks to
the Competent Authority Asso-PGH-CET-2014 within 5 days of
declaration of result in prescribed form (Annexure- D) along with prescribed
fees of Rs. 1,000/- (Rupees One
